We owners pay common charges that include a 25% corruption premium. This is because of the gross and possibly criminal mismanagement by Halstead Properties and the non-existent oversight and self-dealing by the Board.

The goal of this video is two-fold: (1) to give you a brief history of the pattern of corruption I’ve witnessed as an owner in WWP that forms the basis of my allegations against the Board and Halstead; and (2) I’d like to find out from you if you have seen wrongdoing or have been harassed by Halstead.

    What you can do to help is to share the facts on the ground that you see. Have you seen handymen doing contracting work on your floor? There are second-rate handymen who, through family connections, are employed by WWP. I’ve seen some of them doing improper electrical work, but, more consistently, these handymen do private renovations on our time. If you’ve seen any of these handymen, please let me know. If you are an owner, and you inadvertently took on one of these handymen to do work in your place, I appreciate you coming forward with that information. Have you been a victim of the Board’s impropriety? Have you been a victim of an egregious charge from Halstead? Have you otherwise been ignored by the Board?
